Required exact measurements down to the millimeter to ensure that hot, cold, and waste outlets lined up perfectly with the pre-fabricated vanity openings.

Thermostatic Valve Rigging
Anchored the solid brass core valve securely to the internal masonry frame behind the tiles.
2.
Balanced Line Splitting
Split the main 3/4-inch supply lines equally to feed both the vertical rainfall assembly and wand drops.
3.
Anti-Scald Calibration
Calibrated the smart temperature limit ring to perfectly lock out at a safe 38°C (100°F).
4.
Static Hydrostatic Test
Sealed the tile-ready system under pressure for 24 hours to verify absolute zero-moisture escape.
Project Outcome
Delivered a spa-like showering experience with consistent temperature regulation and optimal volumetric flow rate.
